You need to press until you feel a subtle, grounding pressure or a slight warmth at the application site. This is a sign that the point is active. It serves as a gentle physical anchor to remind you to breathe and reset throughout the day. The first 1-2 days of application - the pressure point may be sore, this is a good sign! It will fade away , it means you have activated a pressure point.
